Car was so dirty that I had to take it to a car wash myself. The rental agent said that it was dirty like that because there is so much hard water around here. He said that he could take it in and have it rinsed off when I asked why they did not wash the cars. The inside was very dirty also. I declined and took it to the car wash.
The process was very smooth from start to finish. I made the reservation on line, went to the location the following day, found out I was eligible for an upgrade, got a beautiful SUV, and left with a smile, all thanks to Allisha Rozier, Branch Manager!!! Awesome job!!
During my rental while I was several hundred miles from home, the maintenance warning light came on. I don't know what that meant but I don't think that should happen during a rental.
This location remains my first choice.
I have always been a fan of enterprise. Have had my share of managers running the gamut from excellent to ok (with a not so good here or there), however I am particularly a fan of the current manager. she is friendly, professional and never seems ruffled. I have noted it elsewhere, but I anticipate one day not walking in and finding out she has been promoted. Bittersweet when that happens, but, in my opinion, it will be all for the right reasons in Tali's case. HNY!
