the fall festival they had was nice, but the prices were still higher than one would have expected for products/goods.
High quality. Very helpful staff. Free loading of your vehicle they also offer delivery Top Notch products. No sense in wasting your time going to other places. Check out their gift shop. Once a year they have a wine and cheese fundraising night for a scholarship which they award yearly. A great place to bring the kids around the holidays.
What happened to customer service? I guess they do not need me for a customer. They have a huge building with extensive inventory. I am a drop in the bucket. I am taking my drops to another florist.
I made an international floral (I live outside USA) online order. I asked them to call to arrange delivery. In Aurora. And they called to arrange delivery once. And got no answer. And now the order will be delivered ,I hope, 2 days late. I am very disappointed. Arranging delivery is what I paid an extra $12.00 for. I won't use them Ever again.
Always enjoy our trips to Breezewood Gardens. There's always something interesting no matter what the season. Never sorry we go there. Never go home empty handed.
The point is what were they going to do with $80.00 + delivery after one call?? It was a Saturday delivery. Sunday they don't deliver And when I placed an international long distance call to make an inquiry the women who answered the phone wanted to argue with me. Instead of politely saying we will make this right. She was defensive and not professional.
