***Update: Per the response below I emailed Travis my contact information. Called the store the next morning and was directed to voicemail. Didn't receive a call or reply. Went to the store to pick up the order, Travis said he never received either the vm or the email, later emailed and said my email went to his spam box (wow, it's a gmail account). Got the equipment home and it was faulty (of course). Todd did respond quickly and fixed it. Wasn't looking for any gesture and didn't receive any. Would have been nice of them to say 'hey, here's a free pair of earplugs for your trouble', but nothing. Only game in town and they know it.
Worst dealer there is period I bought a stihl 661 mc chainsaw that cost $1500 with the two year manufacturer warranty. The bottom end case broke and they won't stand behind their warrantys for their customers they void them on purpose so they get more money and charge you $80 for a two min look over on your equipment and say it's your fault not the manufacturer as I was kicked off the property police where called because the employees and owners are scumbags. And after I wanted to take it in they lied over the phone saying we won't charge you anything bring it into service they wanna charge me for it being there and say it's abuse.... over a chainsaw it's hardly used my bucking chainsaw.. its ok a lawsuit has been filed against chagrin pet & garden for fraud.. Awful customer service. Put deposit on $3k+ piece of equipment 3 weeks ago. Was told it would arrive in 10 days and they would call. After no call I called on day 11. They said 3 more days. Visited in person to pick up in 3 days and they said it’s here but need to assemble. Will call in a day. No call. I called two days later they said it’s not in but they will call in 2 days. No call. I talked to owner on Sat and he said oops, don’t know, will call you Monday. It’s now Monday 6:30 pm and no call and they are closed. They obviously don’t want my business and don’t give a darn about their customers. Will go to Chardon from now on.
