After reading various reviews here, I decided to add one of my own...I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of Conner and his knowledge of getting me all dialed in with my new bike and various accessories (helmet, front and rear LED lighting, gloves, water bottle and holder, rear bag with extra inner tube and co2). After a week or so I brought my bike back in and that's when I met Chad...Chad was extremely helpful with making a couple adjustments for me and installed my new pedals (free of charge) while I waited. For somebody like me who's just getting into biking, it was very refreshing to deal with Bike Ohio and their entire staff from having them fit me to the new bike to taking care of me and wanting to help. An overall GREAT experience and I look forward to going back in the future! Highly recommended!
Amazing bike shop with great customer service. They're super knowledgeable about road and mountain bikes. I've purchased multiple bikes here - they take the time to fit you on it and ensure that you leave completely satisfied. Even if just stopping in to fix an issue with bikes or something simple like purchasing a new chain, they will thoroughly check everything over. I cannot say enough about this shop!

Awesome place. Love biking but embarrassed to say I know nothing about bikes or their maintenance. Staff have never talked down to me. Bought a road bike here approx. 2 years ago and was expertly fitted and given lots of advice. Returned for service, accessories as needed and just general advice. Never had anything but a positive experience. Staff are very friendly and approachable, they have even done small procedures free of charge. They are also happy to give instruction on minor maintenance at little to no cost. Highly recommend.
